The University of Virginias College at Wise, a division of the University of Virginia, invites applications for a Prelicensure Nursing faculty. The University of Virginias College at Wise is a nationally ranked four-year undergraduate public liberal arts college located in the mountains of southwestern Virginia.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of a masters degree in nursing or relevant profession with bedside experience in Mental Health, Obstetrics, and/or Pediatrics clinical practice.  Experience in teaching in a Prelicensure BSN Nursing Program.  The college seeks a candidate that can be hired at the Assistant or Associate Professor level.  Appointment to an instruction position. Candidates with a PhD or DNP degree will be at a Professorate level commensurate with experience.
